Sales Executive (Chat Based)
Own inbound and outbound chat conversations — qualify interest, answer product questions, and move prospects toward a clear next step.
About the role
You will spend most of your shift in chat: responding quickly, keeping tone professional, and logging outcomes so the team can follow through.
This is a night shift role based in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi. We are hiring for an immediate start.
What you will do
- Handle chat inquiries with clear, timely replies
- Qualify leads and book or hand off next steps
- Keep conversation notes tidy and up to date
- Escalate blockers to the team when needed
What we look for
- Strong written English and calm chat presence
- Comfort working overnight (10PM – 6AM)
- Reliability, follow-through, and basic CRM hygiene
- Prior sales, support, or chat experience is a plus
